A Gift from Eloisa to You!

February 29, 2016

The best Christmas presents are late (or so we’re saying around here), because Eloisa has one for you: her publisher recorded her reading a short Regency Christmas story that has never been published. Do enjoy—or save the link and watch it next December!

We’re so thrilled to announce that My American Duchess popped back onto the New York Times bestseller list after 2 weeks on and 1 off. Returning to the list only happens when readers share how much they enjoyed a book—it comes from word-of-mouth. Eloisa is blowing kisses to each one of you!

Are you in or around Virginia or Florida? Eloisa is signing books there next month, followed by Las Vegas and Milwaukee—just check out her Events page!

The New York Times reviews My American Duchess!

February 14, 2016

The New York Times Book Review has ignored the genre of romance — but in a groundbreaking column, My American Duchess has a rave review, being called “amusing and heart-wrenching.”

Eloisa Central is thrilled to say that the book stayed on the bestseller lists for a second week. If you haven’t read it yet, check out an excerpt right here on (where we’ve also collected handy ordering links if you still need to get your own copy)
